D4O has designed a clinic for Construction for Change (CfC) that offers a full range of outpatient curative and preventive health services for the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children (FIRMC).

The FIMRC clinic offers rapid testing for HIV, syphilis and pregnancy, in addition to other testing. The clinic offers complete maternal child health care, including immunization and pre-and post-natal care of mothers. All services are free for children and mothers. Also, the clinic offers HIV counseling and treatment. In Uganda, there is still a stigma and lots of misconceptions surrounding HIV/AIDS. In response, the clinic also offers educational outreach.
